Available Adoptable Aussies!
These Australian Shepherds are in the ARPH program and are available in Ontario. Please note: If you are interested in adopting an ARPH dog you must first complete an adoption application which can be found here or by calling 1-877-ARPH-779.
Approval requires a check of the references you submit, a vet check and usually entails a home visit. This process can take a few weeks. Please remember that all positions in ARPH are held by volunteers who donate their available time for the benefit of these dogs.
All ARPH dogs are altered before adoption and all shots are up to date. They have also been tested for heartworm and either dewormed or fecal tested.
ARPH's standard adoption fee for a fully vetted dog is $300 CDN or US. Any donations above the standard fee will help to offset any necessary expenses, and are tax deductible (for U.S. residents only). Occasionally, the fee may be lowered for special needs dogs and some senior dogs. Unaltered puppies require an additional spay/neuter deposit which is refunded upon proof of spay/neuter, per ARPH's adoption contract.
